Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below before initiating a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in original condition
• Item must be returned in the original packaging
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on used items, including furniture or mattresses that have been unpacked or used. This includes concerns related to hygiene, bacteria, pests, or contamination. We only sell new items, with the exception of clearly marked floor models.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
• Items not in original condition, or items missing parts not due to our error
• Items returned due to change of mind
• Used or assembled furniture
• Items that are stained, damaged, soiled, or otherwise unsanitary

Cancellations & Restocking Fees

• Orders that are cancelled after processing may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%, depending on the item and stage of fulfillment
• Special order and custom items may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun

Returns for Furniture

• Customers are responsible for all return or exchange shipping/delivery costs unless the item has a verified manufacturing defect
• Furniture must be in resaleable condition to qualify for return approval
• Items showing signs of misuse, damage, or improper care are not eligible for return or exchange

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us within a reasonable time frame after delivery.

We will:

• Replace missing or defective parts when available
• Assess warranty claims on a case-by-case basis

Please note: warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects only and does not include normal wear and tear or exterior damage such as fabric wear, staining, or cushioning issues resulting from use.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:

• Minor parts are missing or damaged but the item is still usable
• The issue does not affect the core functionality of the product
• A replacement is not available

To initiate a return, customers may visit us at:

Verification & Security

For fraud prevention and order verification, customers may be asked to provide supporting identification matching the original order details. This may include proof of identity and payment verification.

Any information collected is used strictly for verification purposes and is handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection standards.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty applies only to confirmed manufacturing defects or missing parts identified at the time of delivery. Customers must report any eligible issues within 7 days of receipt.

The warranty does not cover, including but not limited to:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, cuts, fading, stains, shrinkage, fabric pulling, etc.)
• Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, accidents, or impact
• Damage resulting from incorrect assembly, installation, storage, or cleaning methods
• Alterations or modifications made after purchase
• Cosmetic or incidental damage

Please note that delivery fees are not included under warranty coverage

Floor Models & Assembly

Floor models are sold as-is and are not covered under warranty.

Assembly and disassembly services are not included under warranty coverage and may be subject to additional service fees if requested.

Product Variations

We make every effort to display product images as accurately as possible. However, due to manufacturing processes and supplier updates, slight variations in colour, dimensions, materials, or finish may occur. Customers are encouraged to account for minor differences prior to purchase.
