01. What is the average time taken to deliver a package?

Same-day delivery is available depending how how booked we are for that day. We try our best to make sure your product reaches you as soon as possible! We guarantee delivery within 1-3 days, no later!

We generally deliver between 2:00pm-8:00pm. If you have time restrictions do let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your schedule.  


02. Where is the Showroom located?

We would like to inform you that our showroom located at 9040 Leslie St., Unit 3, Richmond Hill, Ontario, has closed as we transition to an online-only business model. This change allows us to keep operating costs low and continue offering competitive pricing to our customers.

If you are interested in viewing a specific product, please let us know the model you have in mind. In some cases, we may be able to arrange a viewing appointment through one of our supplier showrooms.


03. Are there any delivery charges?

We offer FREE delivery in Toronto & GTA (exceptions apply). In the GTA? Feel free to text us at 647-857-3877 for our rates


04. Why does it not allow me to select a date for delivery times?

If you would like delivery for a specific date, select the "schedule for later" option in the second step (delivery) part of the check out menu.


05. What will the quality of products i receive be like? What should i expect?

07. Do you offer exchanges & refunds?

For health and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened. This policy helps ensure that every customer receives a brand-new, unused item, with the exception of clearly marked floor models.

If the product remains unopened and in its original packaging, return requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note that approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.

09. Do you offer assembly services?

Yes, we do. Assembly services are available at a flat rate based on the type of item and the complexity of the assembly.

10. What are the accepted methods of payment?

In person: Cash or E-transfer

11. Where do you offer your delivery services?

We deliver in Toronto & GTA.


12. Do you offer warranty or trial periods?

Yes. All of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Customers have 7 days from delivery to report any missing parts or manufacturing defects, and we will promptly resolve the issue. Warranty documentation can be provided upon request.

For additional peace of mind, we also offer an optional 5-year extended warranty available for purchase. This extended coverage provides long-term protection beyond the standard warranty period.

As part of our commitment to product care and longevity, customers who opt for the extended warranty will also receive a complimentary premium furniture care kit. This kit includes twelve essential maintenance items designed to help preserve and protect your furniture, including stain removers, leather care solutions, wood and surface polish, protective cleaners for synthetic materials, and a complete set of application tools such as microfiber cloths, sponges, gloves, and touch-up markers.


13. Will i get a receipt when i purchase online?

Yes. We will provide you with receipt upon purchase via email.


14. How long does it take for customer support to respond?

While response times may vary depending on the volume and complexity of requests, we prioritize efficient and timely assistance for every customer.

15. Do You Offer Financing? Monthly Payment Plans?         

Yes — financing and monthly payment options are available through Affirm.

To use it, simply add your selected item to your cart and proceed to checkout. There, choose Affirm as your payment method. You’ll be guided through a quick application to check eligibility. If approved, you’ll see all payment details upfront, including your monthly installment amount, total cost, and repayment schedule, before confirming your purchase.
