01. What is the average time taken to deliver a package?

Same-day delivery is available depending how how booked we are for that day. We try our best to make sure your product reaches you as soon as possible! We guarantee delivery within 1-3 days, no later!

We generally deliver between 2:00pm-10:00pm. If you have time restrictions do let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your schedule.  


02. Where is the Showroom located?

9040 Leslie St- Unit 3, Richmond Hill, Ontario L4B 3M4. We are opened Tuesday-Sunday 1:00pm-6:00pm. Keep in mind it is a smaller showroom so not everything will be on display, this is how we are able to offer such amazing prices!


03. Are there any delivery charges?

We offer FREE delivery in Toronto & GTA (exceptions apply). In the GTA? Feel free to text us at 647-857-3877 for our rates


04. Why does it not allow me to select a date for delivery times?

If you would like delivery for a specific date, select the "schedule for later" option in the second step (delivery) part of the check out menu.


05. What will the quality of products i receive be like? What should i expect?

At SalesAway, we only deliver the best. Our products are top-of-the-line & designed innovatively with the best quality materials. You can be rest assured the quality of the products you will receive will exceed your expectations.


06. I have an issue with my delivery or product. What should i do?

07. Do you offer exchanges & refunds?

Once box is opened we do not accept returns. We do NOT take back used items for sanitary reasons such as bacteria, bed bugs, etc. We sell brand new products only with the exception of floor models. If box is unopened we can take a return in some cases but an up to 50% restocking fee will be applied.

09. Do you offer assembly services?

Yes. We charge a flat rate depending on what you need assembled. Feel free to contact 647-857-3877 or info@salesaway.ca to let us know what you would like assembled & we will provide you a quote provided by the assembler.


10. What are the accepted methods of payment?

In person: Cash or E-transfer

Online: All Major Credit Cards, Apple Pay & Debit Visa. (All information is kept confidential)


11. Where do you offer your delivery services?

We deliver in Toronto & GTA


12. Do you offer warranty or trial periods?

Yes. We do offer manufacturing warranty on all of our products. You have 7 days to notify us if there are any missing pieces or manufacturing defects. (Warranty cards available upon request).

We are now offering a 5 year extended warranty for an additional fee. You will also be given a FREE furniture cleaning kit that includes twelve essential products to preserve the beauty of your furniture (This includes- 250 ml fabric stain remover, 250 ml enzymatic stain remover for fabric, 250 ml solid surface remover, 250 ml wood & melamine furniture polish, 250 ml care lotion for finished leather, 250 ml mild shampoo for finished leather, 250 ml cleaner & uv protector for vinyl-bycast-synthetic & bonded leather, a sponge, a high quality micro fibre cloth, a soft fitted applicator glove, a flannel cloth & for a bonus- 6 furniture touch up markers).


13. Will i get a receipt when i purchase online?

Yes. We will provide you with receipt upon purchase via email.


14. How long does it take for customer support to respond?

Our customer support is available 7 days a week- 24/7. We try our best to respond to each query as soon as possible. You can expect quick & prompt help from our side.

15. Do You Offer Financing? Monthly Payment Plans?         

Yes we do. Just select the item of your choice & add to cart.                       Choose "Affirm" as payment method in the check out process. You then need to fill out an application to see if you are approved. It will also show you payment details such as how much you will have to pay monthly etc.
